I'm not gonna lie, this lag makes me want to throw my iPad against the wall, and a fix needs to happen soon. No matter how the other features work, if we fail at the input, this is useless.
however, just a little piece of info, I have been using fastever XL which is a simple EN input app. It costs $3.99, which sucks, but it is very fast, allows you to add notes to notebooks, and add tags. This is a quick help that I am using because I'm tired of waiting for Evernote to fix the app. Worth the $3.99 in my opinion.
