  1. Short answer: No. Longer answer: The redesign introduced a new… we'll call it 'opinion'… on how much white space/padding each note gets. As you're seeing, each note now takes up more space than it used to, even in earlier builds of Evernote 10. I'm afraid that there's not much more you can do (I suppose you could try zooming out by pressing Cmd-minus to zoom out further, but that can result in some insanely small text. If you're on Twitter/𝕏 and think it might help, a lot of the folks from Bending Spoons are pretty active on it. I hope that helps! Sorry that I don't have a better answer for you.
  2. Hello! What is the version of macOS you're running? What version of the Evernote client is giving you trouble? Can you access your stuff via a web browser?
  3. It looks like you have until November 2024 to download the drivers/software for your scanner, as it has been discontinued. Do you have the ability to install the drivers yourself, or did you need an admin? https://www.pfu.ricoh.com/global/scanners/scansnap/dl/win-11-ix1400.html
  4. Going back to classic Outlook for Windows I hope that helps!
  5. I sure hope I'm actually using the Evernote product, because there are 15000+ notes in my account. Plus, I do other stuff like walk my dog, and make dinner for my special someones. But no hiking. Maybe that's where I went wrong?
  6. That sounds like you are running an older version of macOS. Which version of the OS are you using?
  7. Moving notes = moving them from the notebook they are in to a different one. Local note = this is a legacy thing, where they're not stored on Evernote servers. Evernote moved away from this concept with Evernote 10 so that things are simplified (if the notes are in Evernote, they are in the cloud). Free plan = You can log in with 2 of any combination of the following devices: Mac, PC, Web browser, iOS or Android. While you're waiting on Support, I highly recommend this article with answers to a lot of these questions: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/23565231682323-Note-and-notebook-limits-in-Evernote-Free-December-2023
  8. I don't use an Android tablet According to Google: To use add-ins in Outlook on Android, you can do the following: Install the Microsoft Outlook app from the Play Store Log in to your account Tap the Settings cog in the top right Scroll down to the Connected Apps and Add-ins section Tap Add-ins Tap the + sign next to the add-ins you want to enable Add-ins for Outlook on Android are only available when reading email. They can't be activated when composing messages or viewing or composing appointments.
  9. So, if I recall correctly, you gotta then customize the toolbar and add the button to the menu:
  10. No worries — I don't use Android myself, but I can attempt to assist you. As for where the addins are located in the web version of Outlook, please refer to this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/using-add-ins-in-outlook-on-the-web-8f2ce816-5df4-44a5-958c-f7f9d6dabdce I hope that helps! If I can be of additional assistance, let me know.
  11. That is unfortunate. If you log in with Outlook.com and try adding the addin there, does it work? I wonder if a web browser ad-blocker is preventing something from working as expected?
  12. Make sure you're installing the Evernote add-in from the add-in ‘store’ that's under the Tools menu: Search for Evernote in the search box and it ought to allow you to install it from there. I use it daily, and it works great in both New and Classic Outlook (although if I recall correctly, they are separate apps, so if you switch between them, you'd have to install it on both New and Classic Outlook).
  13. I would move to a newer Legacy build in the near term, and Evernote 10.x in the long term. A newer Legacy build than what you have currently can be downloaded from here: https://cdn1.evernote.com/win6/public/Evernote_6.25.3.9348.exe I hope that helps!
  14. Correct — Evernote 10.x only uses the cloud, and does not use local storage. Your best bet is to install Evernote Legacy and export them from there: https://cdn1.evernote.com/mac-smd/public/EvernoteLegacy_RELEASE_7.14.1_458325.zip
