Same issue for me on both my iPad 6.0.1 and iPhone 6.1 (beta).

The twitter integration was doing the same thing but is now randomly working for me. I'm sure it's a fix that will happen soon.

This distroys the concept of "offline notebooks". If I don't have room in my memory, don't let me add stuff to my iPad. STOP REMOVING my data.

I am beyond PISSED about this.

I am certain this will get fixed. But a huge SAD FACE until it does.

I use Shot Note on a Sony Xperia S Android device. I order my notebooks from:
http://global.rakute...m/shotnote9123/ . There are other sizes available - search on ' shot note '.
Air ship delivers within 5-7 business days. Rakuten is the Amazon.com of Japan and has an English language site that is computer translated so interpretation can be awkward. Also, their email confirmations and shipping notices often come in in Japanese text with only a little English added on - but I've been able to work with it. Like you, I checked for USA domestic sources but couldn't find any.

Shot Note and Evernote are closely integrated and work well together - this makes sourcing the notebooks from Japan worthwhile for me.
