You can "shake" to undo, even after its been synced, as long as you're still in the note.

Forgive me, but I'm still not sure exactly where this user's current issue is.
Our knowledgebase is a work in progress. Whenever we find it lacking somewhere, we report it, and the team responsible updates it. If it is a marketing issue, they update it.
This user appears to be requesting that they receive free quota space based on the notion that they're going to be *using* it. Which, forgive me if I misinterpret my own company's business model, but, if you *use up*your allotted quota space, and you would like more, you can purchase it, or wait until the next month when we give you more for free. We have multiple levels of purchasing, even, for your convenience. You can upgrade to Premium from Free (60MB -> 1GB), to Business from Premium (1GB-> 2GB), or once Premium, add up to 5GB per month extra. Each of these "extras" is only $5 additional per month. So, Free->Business would be $10 ($5 + $5), for example.
You can cancel any of this at any time.
If you only need an extra boost for one month, you only need to purchase for that one month, you don't need to keep it going if you don't want to - you can revert to your free 60MB and keep with that forever.

I'm just saying we don't have a current, open case on file for you in Support, as we gave you a resolution at the time of your case.
Unfortunately, in Support, we can't change the code of the product. We can report issues to the product teams for them to work on in future releases. QA very rarely reaches out directly to a customer when troubleshooting something (if they can't reproduce it themselves).

Um - we answered his case back in March and it closed out when it was done with. He even says "Support confirm that a full sync is needed..."
Not sure where this "I have no record" stuff is coming from.

And our Evangelists and Ambassadors do more than that, and don't ask for anything in return.
Evernote is free to use for everyone. You don't need to pay anything for it.
I don't think anyone was attempting to lead you in circles. I see people attempting to give answers to you based on the questions being asked.
If you feel that Evernote is not worth spending your money on (or, conversely, that it is a waste of your money spent), then another product is probably better suited for you rather than attempting to garner Premium service for free.
