exactly right, I asked for the same thing (I mean the solution) to a problem in another post, where EN support solved an issue. But, the evangelists here responded, we don't need it (one of them even sarcastically asked do I need to know the programming code changes)?. No, I don't need the code changes, but would like for example to know, that to solve this particular problem, re-indexing of the database was needed.

As I mentioned in my post, it happened to me more than once. If I am not mistaken the first time it happened, support re-indexed my database and it fixed the issue.

Why the issue is coming back???

the ticket #16051-176386 was closed back in November 2012.

The discrepancy in note count on the Web client still persists as you can see on the attached image. What I don't understand is, why the numbers are different if it is the same client, meaning the same source, and, according to some of the evangelists here on the forum the EN server is the the source of all truth. Could you please explain this, and, please give us a reason why is it happening (for me it has happened at least two times already), so next time when it happens I might suggest the solution to your support, when I file a ticket.
