  1. Tags definitely exist. They are blue in other saved searches. I do use advanced syntax for all my saved searches.
  2. I am attaching a picture of what some tags look like in certain saved searches. I get this red tag with an exclamation mark in one saved search and it’s blue in other saved searches. Can someone help me understand what the red exclamation mark means? I can’t find it anywhere! thanks.
  3. I am not getting any reminders on my iPhone, nor am I getting my daily email reminders. I also use Evernote Legacy for Windows (v6.25.2.9198) and I don't see any reminders on my desktop - though I am not sure I should be getting them there? Anyways, what concerns me is that there are no reminders on my phone and I don't get the daily email anymore. I have checked my spam inbox and also made sure all of my notifications are on in the iOS settings. Any ideas? Thanks.
  4. Is anyone else having issues with a slow refresh? For example, if I delete a note it takes forever for it to disappear from the listing I have and be moved to trash. For what its worth, I am running 10.8.5 and the note still appears in the "top listing" view for some time after I move it to trash. Thanks in advance.
  5. In the prior version of EN, I was able to set the preferences globally so all files are "viewed as attachments." I can't figure out how to do that now. It appears that I have to do it manually on each individual file? Thanks in advance.
  6. I have two Fujitsu scanners - the original Evernote Edition and the Fujitsu ix500. I ended up throwing away my ix500 because after a firmware upgrade, it wasn't recognized by any computer I put it on! Its too bad because I had both scanners dialed in and I loved it. Very reliable. I am now searching for a second scanner, since my Evernote edition is staying home. I need one for work. I am reading reviews on the new ix1500 but it seems like people don't like it compared to the ix500. I want a scanner that integrates with Evernote quickly where I scan and it goes immediately into my inbox with the push of one button. Apparently, the ix1500 requires a two button push (once to OK scan?). Anyways, please let me know if you have purchased a scanner recently to work with Evernote. Thanks!
  7. It is not on WiFi and the switch for WiFi is not turned on. Both computers are not recognizing the scanner when connected by USB cable.
  8. My ScanSnap has basically become useless in recent weeks and I can't figure out why. I have tried TWO different windows 10 machines, and neither will recognize the scanner. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on both computers. Updated software and drivers. Windows 10 just won't recognize the scanner, as I never see it in the device manager. I also press the scan button and it blinks 4 times and never runs the paper through. The ScanSnap manager icon is always greyed out too. I read somewhere that a recent Windows 10 upgrade/patch affected scanners? Anyone else have this issue? Thanks in advance.
  9. @Shane D. Thanks for the response. The attachment I removed was actually only 52k. So I don't know what limitation EN had. Wasn't essential to import into EN, but it still concerned me that it hasn't been identified that that type of attachment is on a "restricted" list.
  10. After your post I went back to look at the attachments. There was an "outlook email item" as an attachment. I removed that and sent the email again and it was successful. I guess some attachments are not accepted by EN?
  11. ....and if anyone from Evernote reads this, note that "occurred" is spelled wrong in the auto-generated email
  12. I have been an EN user for a number of years and this is the first time I have received the message below. I definitely have not come close to any maximum emails as I think this is my third today...is it down for anyone else?
