I previous had Evernote working well on my BB 8310. It recently tried to upgrade and in the process disappeared. I have tried to reinstall it using App World but for some reason App World won't allow me to. Is there a direct link?

Something strange and wonderful just happened. I am not all that computer savvy but I found this page in the user forum and I just tried the link and to my surprise EverNote downloaded onto my cell phone, Black"Berry 8330 Curve (my carrier is MetroPCS in Los Angeles CA U.S.A.) and it works just fine. I think every body should know about it.

i get a 404 on the direct download.
have a bb tour, managed to download it from app store but when i try to go to or search my notes it just stops at 'Loading...'
i created a note and it uploaded
i've never had problems with the browser before.
i'm running 5.x on the tour btw
figured i'd do a fresh install from evernote ota...i get the 404 from my laptop too

The links have been changed. The only supported version of Evernote for the BlackBerry is the one in the App Store, but you can try an unsupported download from:

"Unsupported" means that our tech support folks won't be able to help if it doesn't work on your device.

Want to use Evernote on BlackBerry Pearl (8100?). Cannot download from BB App Store;
error: App World Web Plugin Error: An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Client
No documentation or help regarding this error from BB.

I see that any install to the BB from the BB Desktop Manager seems to require a .alx or .ali file.

How is a .rim file loaded to the BB? I know this is unsupported, but for Evernote to be useful, will have to be installed on BB.

check for your phone OS to see if it is OS 5 or OS 6. Then click on the link from the phone and it will install:

BlackBerry v. 5.0 (Bold, Tour)

BlackBerry v OS 6.0 Style and other 6.0.x devices

Unfortunately the Pearl is OS 4.5

Is there a version for that OS? Supposedly 4.5 meets the minimum requirements for Evernote on BB.
