Release notes missing in v 5.3.1

Hello I notice that the resize option is still not available in version 5.3 and 5.4.

What is going on? Why support technicians so cagey about providing release dates for this option that was so useful and working well in Skitch.

Is this just forgetting to put the thing back in or a cynical attempt to increase the size of notes and thus push people into a premium option?

 

It seems to me that it is basic now in order to apply the Evernote philosophy to scanning documents to be able to reduce their size to something appropriate. Please put this option back in in the next version. I am sick of seeing versions come out with no apparent change and yet this is seemingly essential option is continually left out and has been for the last at least five revisions since Annotate was brought in. thank you
