Clipper 6.1.1 stopped working in Chrome 33.0.1750.154 m Win 8.1

Works fine on laptop but not on PC both using same Win 8.1 (classic shell not icky frames) both 

OS Win 8.1

Chrome Version 33.0.1750.154 m

Evernote clipper version 6.1.1

 

Shows up on right click menu fine on lap but nothing opens on PC.

 

When go to options from toolbar or from extensions gives a partially loaded image - See attached.

 

Otherwise when works I really love it (on laptop)
