Business Tag Mayhem

I upgraded to Business from Premium, and created tens of business notebooks from my PC.

 

When I did so, EN created duplicate tags for all my 50+ personal tags, with the name of business in parentheses after: "Example Tag (Name of Business)"

 

The duplicate tags cannot be edited, organized, or deleted.  But do show up on the notes.

 

Also, only 6 of them show up in the Admin page as Business Tags.  When I try to create a new Business tag, it doesn't make it to the web or phone.  

 

Worse, many of the notes appear only on the PC EN app, not on the web or iPhone.  

 

It's a mess.

 

Initiated a service ticket and waiting to hear back.  

 

Any ideas?

The problem was a syncing bug in the Windows version, and all of my sync issues were fixed by a pre-release update for Windows.  I was sent an .exe file by EB support, installed, and no problems at all.

 

My hope is that the business sync bugs have been permanently fixed by this pre-release update.

 

I am unsettled that these bugs existed in the first place (wasting a bunch of my time), but relieved by the response of EN and the code fix.
