Email for Business Support bouncing...anyone know an alternative?

Greetings all:

The business support email from Evernote is listed as "success-team@evernote.com" yet it's bouncing for me.

I need to get my Evernote Business back on line asap and can't get any info on how long it's going to take.  I know I have a ticket (thanks to the regular support team!) but am not sure how it gets moved to the Evernote Business Support side of things.

I've actually had to tell my team to home for the day - really struggling today.

Any words of wisdom welcome.   Also, it's now looking like it's best to do an export of all notes multiple times/day locally for a full outage like this, am I right?

Anyone have any other recommended disaster recovery techniques for Evernote Business?

<sigh>

Thanks.

Hi Jeff. Sorry to hear about your problem. I have flagged it for staff, and hopefully they can get this expedited for you. As for disaster recovery, there shouldn't be a disaster!

I am often talking about backups and how to go about doing them with Evernote. It may or may not fit your case as a business.

Could you let us know a little bit more about the disaster? Maybe we can help.

Thanks for the url - I dig the various DR levels you suggest.   I'd really like to do some automation to run a full local dump.  Got any scripts handy?  :)

The good news is there is no technical problem at all.  Evernote is solid as usual but, there was a billing problem (old credit card) and the emails from Evernote saying they needed a new card went directly to my Spam Folder courtesy of Google.

Next thing I know my Evernote Business account is off-lined.

The scary part will be when/if it comes back, I don't know if the notes will be there.  My last backup/export was over a few weeks ago and there was some super-critical info uploaded last week.   It's on me me though.

Lessons learned:

- no more gmail for me

- setup permanent mail filter to route evernote email to inbox in new email

- ask evernote to create a pop up for billing issues that can bring down the whole system

- create nightly backup via python/perl/powershell including xml export

- see if i can pay up front for the year (wasn't availble when I signed up)

- investigate OneNote & others due to Evernote appearing swamped during issues  -  have to check alternatives

Thanks for your response though!

Thanks for all the assistance.  Now I need to re-share all my Business Notebooks with myself via the Admin console to get access again per Evernote Support.

It appears to only work via the web but not via the Evernote application (Windows 7 5.1.1.2334).

I just need to get these notes back asap, offline for 5+ days now....business is crawling away.  Ugh.

Any way to do a bulk share back to myself instead of going through 100 notebooks individually via the Admin console?

Any way to just do a bulk copy of all business notes to a personal notebook and i can sort later?

Dyin' here.

Thanks.
