Hi Jack,

In addition...

Gotta say thanks to you and the rest of the Evernote folks that make that stuff that we're all here for -- Evernote! We all have quibbles with this and that aspect of the Evernote system and/or software, but speaking for myself, day in and day out, I use Evernote at work and at home, and it fits my needs pretty well. Simple enough to be easy to grasp, yet expressive enough to be flexible for various uses, it just made sense to me from day one (well, once the timeline went away :)). Beyond that, I really appreciate it when Evernote folks like you, Daniel, Xavier, Geoff, and Heather post here (to name the biggies, though other Evernoters joining in are of course welcome) -- that bit of feedback adds a lot, maybe more than you realize. So thanks to all of you for all of that.

Jack, as Jeff said, we definitely appreciate the EN staff who have conceived, developed & continue to develop this app & service.  I've said it before a few times, but I'll say it again.  Outside of OS & AV software, Evernote is the single most used app in my arsenal..ever.  And as an admitted software junkie, I have a LOT of apps, so that's saying something!  I'd truly be lost without it.  So thank you, too!

I don't know what the morale is like at EN right now (considering recent blog posts), but just know that you're awesome and we're rooting for you all.  I love Evernote.  I'm not much of a brand person, but Evernote is one brand I'm willing to get behind.  Am I a Trunk Junkie?  You betcha.  I'm also not a tattoo person, but if I was I'd totally get a big green elephant...probably on my shoulder.

There is a lot of passion and fire in the people who use Evernote and they're not afraid to share their thoughts, complaints, concerns, etc.  For so many of us, it's WAY more than just a note-taking app.  I don't think it's a stretch to say we all want Evernote to succeed.  Because when you succeed, we succeed.
