Client side sync error

Everytime I attempt to sync on my Windows 7 Desktop PC, I get an error that Synchronization failed due to unexpected behavior at the client side. I do not think I have any shared folders.  My log reads:

I suggest a support ticket - see my signature.  "Client side" might be you..

Yes, I did.  I submitted a support ticket and received the following response and it worked for me.

 

Please perform the following steps:

1. Please navigate to Tools>Options>Sync Tab
2. Ensure that "synchronize changes on exit" is not checked
3. Press Ok
5. Navigate to File>Sign out...
6. Log back into your account.
7. Press the sync button

To find the log file....

 

Go to Help/Activity Log and do a "Save As"
