When selecting the "custom" theme in Firefox (*) we get a large dialog with bunch of non-obvious options
(which, btw, can be made more intuitive, ex. change the column width control from edit to a slider)
but what was really confusing and annoyed me today was that the change is not applied immediately!
Instead of activating my "custom theme", the setting dialog pops up again... Grrr.
I've lost few minutes to understand that I had to exit clearly view and enter again.

Could you please make a little improvement to the otherwise brilliant add-on?
