Font color in ipad app

I was wondering how I can change the font color in the evernote app for the ipad

Hi. You cannot make colors or so anything with fonts or text size from within Evernote on the iPad. As far as I know, there is also no way to create text with color in another app (in Pages) and paste it into Evernote. Pasting from a web page, however, will work.

There is an easy workaround. One thing that happens in Evernote is that the text you write inherits the font in use before it, so If you prepare a template of fonts and colors on the desktop, then you can copy/paste from it to have colors.
