So the "new version" ... want it now/skip it popup just popped up over the top of my exercise video.
How do I arrange things such that that popup never ever appears again for all of time?
How to totally disable the "new version" popup forever, so never ruins my video again?

Which Evernote client are you using? (Windows/Mac/etc.)So the "new version" ... want it now/skip it popup just popped up over the top of my exercise video.
How do I arrange things such that that popup never ever appears again for all of time?
Having said that, I would assume the windows version, seeing as there was just an update for that?
Try Tools -> Options -> UN check "Automatically check for updates"

If you're on a Mac, it's: Go to Settings (⌘,) choose the tab "Software Updates" and uncheck the "Automatically check for updates"-box
Using EVERNOTE on Mac OS X Mountain Lion, iPad 1 and iPhone 4S
