Hi There!

Here is a new beta update for Evernote for Android v4.4 beta2. [edit: updated to beta3]
In this we release, we fixed the previously reported issues:
- tag list problem
- search displays all note

We also fixed a problem on the note editor with the text getting underlined.
We improved RTL support, that should work better with Arabic.
We polished up the first launch experience.

Overall, it should be a more polished and more stable build.

OK, downloaded and installed.

One thing (and maybe I missed it before), but when I am using the tag view, I click on a tags, and the note list slides back over the tags; I'd rather it didn't, since this makes it harder to do multi-tag filtering (I need to slide the note list back out of the way before I can select another tag).

Is it possible (and is it planned) to add two basic functionalities?
I mean:
Text formatting with colors (few basic ones)
Option to remove "hints" that are being displayed at the bottom of each list in note list view.

Great - Ever since I was switching from iOS to Android, I re-learned to enjoy Evernote, really.

I was shocked looking at the new iOS 5.0 version recently on my iPad - I hope, Android development will not be too inspired by their new layout. "Design meets useability" seems to be something never heard out there...

Ugh!

29 Nov and no update for me. I'm an IT support engineer and use Evernote constantly for logs etc. Auto underline occurs no matter what I do, bullets points or not. Whenever I start to write it automatically gets underlined.

I'm on Android Jelly Bean 4.1.1 Please fix this as in it's current state, I can't use my beloved evernote!

I just installed 4.4 beta on my android and It looks great! The RTL support is working. But when I sync the note to my mac and edit the note there it is LTR.

But if I Create notes on the mac RTL is working with no issues.

thanks, I reported this to the team, we'll see what we can do to improve the multi client experience.

Could you possibly tell us a bit more about how to reproduce this problem. Is the underline staying? Android automatically underlines for the auto-suggestion.
If it stays, does that stay when you hit enter / space / any specific key?

I think it is something with my tablet, but I am getting a lot of "Evernote is not responding - Wait/close?" messages
(The tablet has been running really funny the last week or so, slow, not responsive etc...so may not be related to EN. Worth noting though.)

There is an issue with the RTL support when using with Bulleted and Numbered lists. The list number/bullet stays aligned left while the text is aligned right.

Just got an update notification on my Kindle Fire for beta master 879, so I downloaded it. I noticed that I can't access several of the joined notebooks in my list (including spg SCOTT's). I hadn't noticed this before; a recent regression, or did I miss it before?

Hmm...same here, beta 5 (master_879) and shared notebooks that I have joined show zero notes and now it tells me that I no longer have access to the notebook (But I can access them elsewhere.)

Can't access shared notebooks on my Nexus either (using the latest beta5 for Android).
