Hello, folks! My name is Eric and I'm a "new" member of evernote and the forum. Probably more accurate to say new user as I have had an account since early -mid 2010, left a few notes then stopped using the service; am certainly a new forum member, though.

Glad to meet you all and I look forward top engaging with the community!

If you have a serious issue with Evernote, you can submit a support request here. Evernote employees read the forums, but it is not run by customer support or a way to directly get customer support.
