Hello everyone.

I have some questions on clearly source codes:
1. Are they open sourced? Can I get, modify and use them?
2. Which language is it written with? Javascript?
3. Is there a way to use clearly code on my server (that uses php)? Or is it based on browser engine features and requires browser emulating software to be installed

Thanks in advance

Hi denn1s,
1) Nope
2) JS mostly plus a few others (sorry, I'm not a developer...)

as an update to this post no you cannot use the clearly code on your server project, license under Firefox

You are free to use Evernote Clearly with any of the applications or services offered by Mozilla. All Other Rights Reserved.

The Firefox version can be downloaded from

if you're not familiar, the .xpi file used for Firefox addons are simply .zip files renamed -- so you can access some of the code (js files are not encoded) and use it to create something for a Mozilla product but that's the limits allowed

not certain if Chrome has a similar license but gives a start
