I had a notebook on my iPhone called 'PWG'. While accessing Evernote the file completely disappeared. Problem is it had all my accounts, userids and passwords. I've looked in 'trash' with no luck. How do I recover? How did it happen?

I posted up a similar problem...but no one has responded to my cry for help yet. It had all the notes from a recent conference in it :-( Trouble is I was offline when I created it and when I went online it just vanished.

Hi. Welcome to the forums. I must have missed your cry for help. I think the first thing you'll want to do is stop syncing your devices, backup what you do have on your computer, and contact customer support (see the link in my signature). They take this kind of thing very seriously, and will work with you to try and resolve the problem. When you get the ticket numbers (an email will be sent to you), please post them here on the forums so that Evernote staff who come across the thread can help track the issue. Also, keep us updated!

i hate to be obtuse but where is the link in your signature? actually, wha is considered your signature? i'm glad to see your post. i do have a ticket number, #16051-130287, where i probably descrribed the problem incorrectly. the ticket references 'pipeline'. forget it. i had a correct Evernote sign-in. i would love some help as i lost ALL my passwords; i know, my bad for not duping them somewhere.

No offense, Panthea, but it doesn't appear anyone is breaking thru walls to resolve this issue..

panthea has not replied back to us, so we don't really know. How is your issue coming along? By signature, I mean all of the links in my signature at the bottom of each post I make. If you are viewing the mobile version, you may not be able to see it.

Sorry for not responding - life has been interfering. Not sure what you mean about the signatures, but I will do as you suggest and contact Customer support and report back.
