I've noticed that pictures taken with the evernote app for iphone are also stored in the photostream, which is great. But these photos seem to have been stripped of the gps information that I find in other pictures taken with the iphone. The same happens to photos exported directly from evernote. Is there a way to retrieve this information?

I'm asking because these pictures could be imported into my lightroom or iphoto software, where I could pair them to the photos I've taken with my regular camera at the same locations. My regular camera doesn't have gps, so this would be a neat way to track all my pictures. I could copy the gps info from pictures taken with the iphone, to the ones taken with my regular camera.

Why not just take pictures with the photo app of my iphone? Well, I prefer using Evernote for that, because I can add text and audio. Using both would be cumbersome.
