Maybe some day Evernote will permit it.
Your solution is to create a local non-sync'd notebook in Evernote on your Windows home computer.
Put the personal stuff there.
Because it is not synchronized with the web, you will not see the info on the web, your work computer or your mobile device.
Just be sure to do regular backups!

Hi. Welcome to the discussion forums!
I like the font you chose for your post
The idea to selectively sync notebooks has arisen in the past. I like the suggestion myself. You can see some of the employee comments and links to the threads in my note here (https://www.evernote...73dd9eac5cdd072).
For the moment, we don't have selective sync. I think the long and short of it is that in the US (and probably other countries) your employers have a great deal of latitude when it comes to accessing data on the computers they supply for you, including real-time views of your screen, so it is probably a good idea to do your own stuff on a tablet or smart phone. If you get an external keyboard (relatively inexpensive -- I prefer Apple's, and Android Jelly Bean works fine with it, so it doesn't seem to matter what type of OS you use) you can work pretty efficiently. If you make smart use of your Evernote email address, you'll be able to easily mix your professional and personal lives in one account. This is my recommendation, but you'll want to consider your workplace policies and environment to come up with the best solution for you.
