Dear Evernote Food:

I'm having a sync problem with EF where I have one meal that will just not sync. I have had successful syncs before and after this one, but something about it EF doesn't like.

I tried the "click to share" workaround but it does not seem to work. It says something to the effect of "could not email because a sync error occurred"(I can grab a screenshot if you like)

In any event, I can attach my activity log if you need it.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Thanks,
Chuck Nicholson

Thanks for letting us know. It would be great to get a log to better understand why you are having sync issues. Can you please follow the steps below?

1.) Relaunch the app
2.) Enter the meal that isn't syncing
3.) Do a minor modification to the meal title (e.g. add a couple extra letters)
4.) Tap the back button ("Meals")
5.) Tap the Settings icon (gear in the top left of the meal page)
6.) Select "Activity Log"
7.) Tap "Email" and send the log to: food-bugs@evernote.com

Thanks again!

Issue has been resolved, so I am closing this thread. The user edited the meal that wasn't syncing and it then synced successfully.
