Is there a way to add new contact on hello based on phone call? Andoid

I think I was able to do it before, being able to add contact from a phone call, but I can't find this option now.

I see that I am able to add contact when the phone number in the log apear in my phone book. But I was hoping I can add unrecognized phone number as well

This sounds like a bug. I'll get someone to look into this and I'll post my findings.
