Hi!
I'm trying to log to sandbox environment through an Android device or the Mac application following these steps: http://dev.evernote....ers/Testing.php and in both cases I'm having an invalid user error.
I can log in on sandbox.evernote.com but not through others platforms.
Is there any problem with sandbox?
Thank you!
I can't log in to sandbox from Android or Mac

Just to confirm:
-------------------------------------
From: http://dev.evernote....ers/Testing.php
Evernote for Mac OS X
Log out of Evernote. At the log in screen, enter your sandbox username and password, then append "#sandbox.evernote.com" to the username and log in. For example, to log into the sandbox account "foo" with the password "bar", you would enter the following:
Username: foo#sandbox.evernote.com
Password: bar
- You have separate evernote accounts for both sandbox.evernote.com and www.evernote.com?
- When you log into Sandbox, you are using the appropriate Sandbox account?
- You followed the Mac steps (fully logging out, running the command line options listed below, etc)
- (One tip worth noting for the Mac client sandbox steps is to create an additional mac login on your machine. That way it does not affect nor conflict with your day to day Evernote account in your active logins.)

Evernote for Mac OS X
- Quit Evernote from the elephant icon in your menu bar.
- Open a terminal.
- Move your existing Evernote data directory:
- mv ~/Library/Application\ Support/Evernote ~/Library/Application\ Support/Evernote.production
- Change the API endpoings by running the three commands below:
- defaults delete com.evernote.Evernote
- defaults write com.evernote.Evernote noteStoreURL http://sandbox.evernote.com/edam/note
- defaults write com.evernote.Evernote userStoreURL https://sandbox.evernote.com/edam/user
- Open Evernote and log in to your sandbox account
Log out of Evernote. At the log in screen, enter your sandbox username and password, then append "#sandbox.evernote.com" to the username and log in. For example, to log into the sandbox account "foo" with the password "bar", you would enter the following:
Username: foo#sandbox.evernote.com
Password: bar

Well, in first case I was using the same username for sandbox and for my Evernote account.
I wonder that it could be a problem and I create a new sandbox user to try before to write this post, but it doesn't work.
I'm trying to log with rubdottocom and rubdottocom4 and neither works on Mac or Android.
I just try with an iPod Touch and I can log into sandbox with both accounts...
I'm using Evernote 4.0.4 on a Nexus One with a CM7.2 ROM and Evernote is installed on SD, do you know about any incompatibility with this configuration?
On Mac I try to use a new and clean Mac user, in this case when I did:
defaults delete com.evernote.Evernote
I receive that error:
Domain (com.evernote.Evernote) not found.
Defaults have not been changed.
I think this means that I neve open Evernote before with this new user, isn't?
The I executed next commands without error and try to log in with rubdottocom4 and it fails
On Mac I have a OSX Lion 10.7.4 and Evernote 3.1.2 (255119) from Mac App Store.
I don't know if I can see some log or something that could help you.
Thanks

The way you login on sandbox using Android has change. We will be updating the documentation shortly.
Concerning the Mac client, we are looking into it.

I also cannot login to sandbox from Evernote Mac, Version 3.1.2 (255119).
The defaults commands seem to have no effect.
Would be great if we could use the pound suffix (#sandbox.evernote.com) on the Mac, too.

Sorry, there isn't any way to login on sandbox using our Mac client for the moment. We are working on it and will keep you informed here.
