Add or remove a tag from a note are notified by webhooks?

Hi!

I'm not sure if this was happening yesterday but today I didn't receive webhook notifications when I add a tag to a note.

Are adding and deleting tags from notes considered as modifications to be notified?

Yes, adding and removing tags triggers a notification.
