Hey, evernote is amazing!
I miss one feature: As my subfolders get bigger and bigger I cannot make them reachable offline. Beside I don´t sort my notes, so the incoming folder is very big. I´d like to have an option in the preferences, where I can say that I only want to have all files from last month offline reachable, and have them synced only via Wifi. Or maybe you can make some things choosable: last month, last week, last 6 months or so.

One thing that I don´t like in using evernote iphone app is that it is slow. That is mainly because the slow internet connection (for example in buildings). So I´m looking for a way to make it faster. When I´m in contact with other people I don´t want to let them wait until everything is looked after online...
