NoteStore.getSyncState for polling

I need a polling system for detect change ( I decide it to be around ~ every minute ).

Is it safe to continually call NoteStore.getSyncState for polling change in user account ?

We recommend lowering the polling rate to every 15 minutes. Also, you might want to use notifications in your case.
