I come across a problem while I am adding new encounters from last update, I found the location feature does not work, the green pin shall indicate where I am is fixed in the Atlantic ocean beside Africa, as the pic shows..

I re-logged in for several times the problem remain the same in every new Hello note....

Any one find the same issue recently?

By the way I am from China..

Thanks

Don't know why this is happening exactly, but as a person who works in computer mapping, I recognized right away that that is lat/long 0,0. Been there many times, myself.

Yeah, it's actually because of bugs in software that I wrote that I've wound up at 0,0. :)

But that would be indicative of the location feature returning those values and not reporting an error, or the code that receives the location values not checking for error, or something like that. In other words, some sort of coding error.

I too am suffering from this bug/glitch. Is there any solution in sight? I'd love to be able to properly document meetings.

Norm C, are you in China as well? Can you describe the environment where you're using Hello? Are you on wifi only? Do you have location services turned off? etc.

Thank you both for helping us track this down.
