Wenn ich so manch einen Artikel über Cloud Computing und die deutschen Datenschutzgesetze lese, dann werde ich ganz unsicher, ob ich mich nicht strafbar machen, wenn ich Daten in Evernote speichere. Gibt es da verläßliche Informationen, was erlaubt ist und was nicht?

Darf ich als Firma zum Beispiel gescannte Kundenunterlagen in Evernote archivieren? usw.

Wie ist das mit dem Thema Sicherheit? Werden die Daten irgendwie verschlüsselt übertragen oder kann jeder, der weiß wie, mitlesen?

EN takes no responsibility for the encryption of sensitive data. EN is working under US regulations and has nothing to do with German law. Please inform yourself from the German side. In short: If you have sensitive data you can upload it to EN but at your own risk. You may opt not to upload stuff that you deem to be sensitive.
