I've installed Clearly Firefox add-on, but language isn't English. Where can I change this?

Good question - the FF Add-ons Clearly Options don't have a language variable. Suggest you uninstall and try again (if you haven't done this already), watching for language options along the way. Make sure you re-download the extension too! If that all fails, head to support!

Hi all,
Clearly picks up your browser language setting and displays in that language if we support it. If we are not currently localized to that Clearly will default to English.

I'd be curious to know a bit about your systems?
- OS version
- Chrome or FF version
- Clearly build version
- Your physical location when you see this erratic behavior...

I've installed FF English version and Clearly is OK. It seems that Clearly has problem with some non-English languages.

I have the same problem as the others above. The language is chinese or something and I have no idea why. I'm not in China, I haven't set the language in Firefox to chinese. Where are the op's? It's been a couple of months since the thread was created.
Help would be appreciated.

Same problem both in Windows and in Mint 13 (Ubuntu 12.04).

FF 15.0 // Language for FF and system is Greek (el_GR)

Looks like the problem affects non-English versions of FF.

It would be nice to get a word from the Devs. In Chrome it works fine.

Same problem here.

Windows 7 64 bit
FF 15.0 Catalan version (Language for FF = English OR Catalan OR Spanish, the problem is always there)
Clearly 6.3337.321.777

It works fine in Chrome.

Any feedback from de dev team, please?

Hi all,
Thanks for the feedback and I can acknowledge that this is an issue that we are working on at the moment. I'll post back here when a beta version with this is available.

Hi all, we believe we've resolved the localization issue in this new beta version. Here's what to expect:
- If Clearly is fully translated in your language it should show the options page and any strings in your language.
- If Clearly is not translated yet in your language it will default to English. (Swedish for example is not yet fully translated...)

French, Italian, Spanish, German, Finnish, Dutch should for example all be fully translated languages...
