I've been trying to create a support ticket here -- http://dev.evernote.com/support/ but I can't seem to type my question before the support request form expires and refuses to continue, so I'm asking here.

Could the Evernote team please upgrade the account ed_fusionary_user to premium? (And maybe look at what's up with the support ticket system?) Thanks very much!

Weird. It's working for me (and others - we're getting other requests in.)
Can you try clearing your cookies/cache? What browser/platform are you using?

Check out our Knowledgebase | View our User Manuals here: Mac or Windows or iOS or Android | Check out the Getting Started Guide | Still need help? Submit a support request here.

It failed for me on OS X/Safari, even after I cleared cookies--but it worked fine when I switched to Firefox, so I'm all set now. Thank you!

The support forms at dev.evernote.com/support are served off of a third party ticketing system. If you have your browser set to block third party cookies, you'll get that obscure session timeout error. I ran into the same thing myself. To work around this, we're going to pop the forms open in a new window instead of trying to lightbox them into our dev.evernote.com pages.
