Using Skitch for Science Fair Projects

Just wanted to share my recent experience helping my nephew with his science fair project. I introduced him to Skitch as a way to easily label photos that he was printing out. He took to it immediately. It got me thinking how a flexible tool like skitch would be extremely useful in any number of ways when putting together a science fair project.
Do you have any other examples?
