I intend to move my finished application to production service.

Follow the instruction from evernote as below:
"Once you have completed your development, visit http://www.evernote....=lspbeyond-8320 to request activation of your API key on our production service."

I tried many times and all faied as below.
"
Your support portal session has expired due to inactivity and the requested action has not been completed.
To restart your support portal session and discard any unsaved data from the previous screen, click below.
"

I don't know why. somebody kindly please help me.

Not sure whether filing a support ticket in this case is indicated, but it would probably be worth a try. Seth usually patrols this forum, and he will likely see this post eventually. It is the weekend, however.

Peter, send me your API key by private message and I'll take care of the activation.

Not only was it the weekend, but I was at home on paternity leave with my 9-day-old son! I'm back full time now, although with *slightly* less sleep that usual. Luckily, you've got Julien watching out for you too.

If it were me, I would open a developer support ticket: http://dev.evernote.com/support/

Indeed. But as irony seems to be in full effect, that is down too. Maybe it's just me.

Yah, the support ticketing system is the same as the key activation system. We'll look into this. In the meantime, feel free to send me a personal message with your API consumer key and we'll get it into the activation queue.

Hello - Are you still having the activation problem on the site? If you don't mind helping to troubleshoot some - could you try to close and reopen your browser? If that doesn't work, please try clearing your cookies. Please let me know if you're still seeing the same issue. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I followed your debugging tips and no luck. I did send Seth a PM this morning as he requested.

Thanks!

Yah, the ticketing system doesn't work for me, either. Sorry, we're trying to figure it out. Apparently it still works for some people.
