Hi, assuming one means it's not synced yet but what does the other one mean please, have no idea. Clicked it but didn't notice anything happen, it just dissappeared - so I'm wondering what I've done? Thanks anyone.

Hi ehlpmee, welcome to the forum ;)

Yes, you are correct. The two arrows mean that you need to sync the note (i.e you have made changes and the note hasn't been synced yet.)
The other is about image recognition. In that form, it means that an image in the note cannot be searched. Once the OCR has been done on EN servers, it turns green, and will be included in searches.

Some more info on the icons, and what they all mean here:

EDIT: Interesting, clicking the grey (no-ocr) icon makes it disappear...not really sure of the implications of that yet. (if any)

You're welcome

Glad the notebook helps, that was the idea ;)

On the clicking of the OCR icon, it seems that it doesn't have any effect, except that it disappears. Nover noticed that before.

The icon disappearing sounds like a bug; we'll look into it. Thanks for mentioning it.

Just for info, it reappears when you reload the note. (i.e. if you change to another note, and then return to the affected note, it is back)
Also happens with the sync icon (arrows), but not the shared arrow.

If needed, Win 7 64 bit, EN: 4.5.3.6105 (219368) Prerelease

FYI, Pete fixed the disappearing-icons issue for the 4.5.3 release. Thanks again for pointing it out.
