Evernote says my cache is full, however I have cleared it. I purchased an sd card, as I have a message displayed in evernote on my Blackberry that says "continue to work with evernote. you can do it from settings->clear cache. In the future we recommend you to use SD card for Evernote because your device memory has serious limitations."
I have gone into settings on my blackberry itself, in evernote on my blackberry and on evernote online (to my account settings) and no where in any of these settings is the option to have notes stored to an sd card instead of to my phone memory. I cannot seem to store additional notes until this is taken care of.
I have loaded and re-loaded my phone with the card and turned it on and off. Nothing is working.
Please help.

I'm having the same problem as rachelle4321. There is no option to change the storage type or storage place of my notes. I'm using a Blackberry Curve 9300 running operating system/version 6.0.0.570, platform 6.6.0.212.
The version of Evernote for Blackberry that I'm using is 3.4.373
The error message I'm receiving reads:
"Application detected that you are using Device Memory and it has not enough free space for note operations. It can cause errors while note creation and viewing, so you need to use SD Card for Evernote. You can select it in Settings -> Storage Type. In the future, we recommend you to use Sd Card for Evernote because device memory has serious limitations."
The problem is that there is no "Storage Type" heading in the options section. I've looked all over my phone and online account to see if I can change the storage destination, but no dice. Thanks.

Hi, I am interested in this, as well. It it appears that Evernote for Blackberry has no ability to save the notes/cache to the media card. While BlackBerry does not support the applications launching from the built-in storage, it is common for applications to allow users to put the assets (application data) on that card.
Has Evernote yet been updated to allow notes to be placed on the large media card instead of the small built-in storage? Obviously this is important for those of us with many notes.
