Bug: EvernoteTray will not show up after restart of explorer

(version 4.5.1 on WinXP)

How to repro:

- Exit explorer (start-turn off - ctrl/alt/shift/cancel)
- Start explorer again
- All well behaving tray icons will restore, but not Evernote.
Though EvernoteTrayIcon.exe still running (in task manager)
