Evernote for a Mobile Learning Project

I wanted to create a learning environment where people could geotag media (notes, web pages, audio clips, etc.) so that they could be retrieved contextually by location. I also wanted people to be able to upload media back into the project folder and have that material be geotagged upon creation. Sounds tough? It gets harder. Since this was an education project, it also needed to be done with some degree of privacy and security and it needed to be multi-platform so as to reject proprietary (i.e. expensive and excluding) hardware. This probably sounds like a tall order.

Evernote made it easy.

Anyway mobile learning, especially of foreign languages make the process clearer and people can see the practical application of the knowledge they get.
