Is the viewable space in Knowlegebase fixed?

In the Evernote knowledgebase, it looks like you have to squeeze a lot of info into a small area.

1.) Any chance that the viewable area will be increased to allow a vertical slider bar?

2.) Can you embed either screen-captures or links to illustrate key points?

I was browsing through the Lexmark knowledgebase and noticed they take advantage of links to images.
For instance, in the section for "Creation of Custom Scan Preset (Profile)"
